Single launch last night

The vinyl arrived in time - yippeee! Tom (from SoundsXPerience) texted us on the way up to the gig at the Brixton Windmill yesterday to let us know. The consignment had got stuck at a depot in deepest darkest Woolwich and so there was nothing for it but for the SXP guys to go and collect it on the day. They look great! There's something thrilling and tactile about vinyl records that CDs can never capture and it's not just nostalgia.

Getting the vinyl was the icing on the cake for a really lovely evening. The gig had been well planned and organised, the guys running the label couldn't be nicer people and the Buck Brothers, the Tacticians and Friends of the Bride played great sets.

Happy but knackered today.
